Aamera Siddiqui
she/her/hers
Aamera is an equity inclusion specialist and EDI coach. She often utilizes her unique skills as a playwright, performer and social-justice theater maker to guide organizations through courageous transformations. She is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator and has been using the IDI as a tool to develop customized stage appropriate development programs and interventions that lead to sustainable social change. She uses theater as a vehicle to center BIPOC narratives and voices of groups who've been historically silenced. Aamera combines social justice frameworks, story-telling and creative envisioning to guide organizations in developing mission-aligned and effective strategic plans.
Marie Michael
she/her/hers
Marie is an embodied coach and facilitator. She uses an embodied approach to equity and social justice training and consulting. Marie works with equity practitioners and organizational leaders to develop long term equity plans and design training geared to their particular needs. She is skilled at relationship building and supporting individuals in the change process. Marie uses strategies she’s learned from Somatic Experiencing and Generative Somatics to help clients better align their actions with their values and build resilience and capacity. Additionally, she helps them address generative conflict and tension as they work individually and collectively to build more more just and equitable communities.
Scott Flemming

Scott is a qualified IDI administrator whose equity experience bridges K-12 education and the non-profit world. Scott specializes in equity-centered strategic planning, intercultural relationship building, and organizational design. As a school leader, he has been a leader and board chair at Global Academy, a leading IB K-8 school in closing the achievement gap. At Blake School, Scott was founding director of the Office of Equity and Community Engagement, which led Blake's efforts to center equity and launched successful initiatives including offering affinity-based support across the identity spectrum and opening an "All Genders Welcome" restroom in a public space.
